Having trouble opening PDF files?
Some browsers and versions of browsers may not open PDFs correctly. If you're having trouble viewing a PDF on the AAFP website, we suggest the following:
- If you see a blank or gray screen instead of the PDF file, try refreshing your browser window by clicking the F5 button.
- Try using Firefox or Chrome instead of Internet Explorer.
- Save the PDF to your computer. Right-click on the file and select "Save target as" or "Save link as." Save the file to your desktop, or to a desired folder on your computer. Double-click the file to open it in Adobe Reader.
If the PDF file still won't open correctly, you may need to upgrade Adobe Reader by visiting http://get.adobe.com/reader/.
If you still have trouble using a PDF file from this site, please send an e-mail to contactcenter@aafp.org.
