Resident Community Outreach Award

Two residents will receive a plaque and a $600 scholarship to attend the National Conference of Family Practice Residents and Medical Students.

Complete a Resident Community Outreach Award application; AAFP resident member; resident actively involved in a community service project including clinical work and patient education that is not part of an offered or required post-graduate program.
