Resident Community Outreach Award

Residents will receive a plaque and a $600 scholarship to attend the National Conference of Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students.

Requirements: Complete a Resident Community Outreach Award application; AAFP resident member; resident actively involved in a community service or advocacy project.

Recipients will be notified by mail the week of May 29, 2009.

Deadline for submission: Submission must be postmarked by May 1, 2009
