Minority Scholarships Program for Residents and Medical Students

Students and residents will each receive a $600 scholarship to attend the National Conference of Family Medicine Residents and Medical Students.

Requirements: Application signed by Dean or Program Director; 500-word essay describing what it means to you to provide a personal medical home for your patients.

Winners will be notified by mail the week of May 29, 2009.

Deadline for submission: Must be postmarked by May 1, 2009
