This program reviews tools used to screen for and diagnose attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children. It discusses common comorbidities of ADHD and available treatment options, including pharmacotherapy. Information is provided about the connection between childhood ADHD and ADHD in adults. Substance abuse and motor vehicle accidents among teens who have ADHD are also discussed.
