Immunization Stickers

The AAFP Immunization stickers should be used to encourage healthcare workers and patients to stay up to date on their immunizations. These stickers are available through the AAFP Orders Department. To order, please call 1-800-944-0000 and ask for order number 1905. Each order consists of 20 sheets of stickers. The stickers are free; however, a shipping fee will be charged.
