2011 Prevention and Control of Seasonal Influenza with Vaccines

The American Academy of Family Physicians has adopted the 2011 recommendations for the prevention and control of influenza with vaccines, which are consistent with that of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP), which advises the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on immunizations.
These recommendations, "2011 Prevention and Control of Seasonal Influenza with Vaccines," of the ACIP are posted on the CDC Web site.
These recommendations were developed by the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, with input from the American Academy of Family Physicians.
