Chronic Kidney Disease in Primary Care Practices - The Natural History
Study Description and Methods
We are performing an electronic chart audit through DARTNet to examine the natural history of chronic kidney disease (CKD). This will help us better understand the prevalence of complications of CKD.
Specific Aims and Objectives
Our main is objective is to explore and describe the natural history of CKD and its related complications across a much larger population than has been explored previously.
Timeline
This project is being conducted from March 2010 through March 2011.
