Childhood Cancer Survey -- A survey to examine the primary care physicians’ experiences and beliefs regarding long-term health issues and health care practice patterns of adolescent and young adult survivors of pediatric cancer.

Prostate Cancer Survey -- A study building on previous qualitative research to identify two patterns of IDM for prostate cancer screening, and examine the role of physicians’ beliefs about screening in determining how they handle IDM in their practice.
