Americans In Motion-Healthy Interventions (AIM-HI)

Americans In Motion - Healthy Interventions (AIM-HI) is an AAFP initiative designed to improve the health of all Americans by implementing a multifaceted fitness program addressing physical activity, nutrition and emotional well-being in the individual, family and community.
