The following resources will help guest presenters prepare for and conduct a successful Ready, Set, FIT! classroom visit.

During your presentation, you'll:
  • Introduce yourself and your presentation.
  • Discuss the activity "Ask the Family Doctor" that students complete before your visit.
  • Talk about your work.
  • Lead a discussion about the three components of fitness: physical activity, nutrition and emotional well-being
