Welcome to Ready, Set, FIT! - a health education program that teaches third and fourth graders about the importance of fitness: being active, eating smart and feeling good. Endorsed by the National School Boards Association, Ready, Set, FIT! builds on language arts and math skills.

Register Your Classroom -- New to the program? Register your classroom to receive access to the complete curriculum: teaching guide with four lesson plans, reproducible in-class worksheets, student guides with take-home activities and classroom posters.
Sign In -- Are you a returning teacher? Sign in to access classroom resources in English and Spanish, submit student assessment scores, and complete a feedback survey. By completing these simple steps, you can receive FREE fitness gifts for you and your students!
