Faculty Information
Mark Peluso, MD, FAAFP, is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Vermont College of Medicine. He is Board Certified in both Family Medicine and Sports Medicine and has been the team physician for Middlebury College since 2000. Dr. Peluso is an advisor for the AAFP Americans In Motion—Healthy Interventions (AIM-HI) fitness initiative.
Douglas L. Seidner, MD, FACG, is an Associate Professor of Medicine in the Division of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He serves as the Director of the Center for Human Nutrition, Medical Director of Vanderbilt Uniersity Hosptial Clinical Nutrition Service and Medical Director of Vanderbilt Home Care Services.
It is the policy of the AAFP that all CME planning committee/faculty/authors/
editors/staff disclose relationships with commercial entities upon nomination/invitation of participation. Disclosure documents are reviewed for potential conflict of interests and, if identified, they are resolved prior to confirmation of participation.
