Office Champions Tobacco Cessation Project Resources

The AAFP has recruited 20 FQHCs for our Office Champions Tobacco Cessation Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) Project. Each practice has designated an Office Champion who, with training, will develop a series of systems changes to integrate tobacco cessation activities into daily office routines.
