Make Your Reservation

Reservations can be made on the Sheraton Hotel Web site or by calling (336) 292-9161 or (800) 242-6556. When making reservations, please use the group code FAMDOC.

Note: To keep attendees informed in the case of course schedule changes or emergencies, all attendees are urged to book their hotel reservation within the AAFP room block at the Sheraton Greensboro Hotel at Four Seasons.

Reservations made after May 1, 2009 will be confirmed on a rate and space available basis. The conference rate is not guaranteed for reservations made after May 1, 2009.

The Sheraton Greensboro requires a first night's deposit including 13% current tax rate (tax rate subject to change) to accept and hold your reservation. This advance payment may be provided by credit card or check. Credit cards will not be charged prior to the guest's scheduled arrival. Reservations made on an individual basis may be canceled without charge (one night's deposit) up to 5:00 pm on the scheduled date of arrival.
