How to Become Advisory Faculty

Advisory faculty oversees the ALSO Program and reports to the AAFP's Commission on Continuing Professional Development (COCPD). If you wish to apply for advisory faculty status, complete the forms below (must be typed) and e-mail them along with a letter of interest outlining your experience and expertise with ALSO; a copy of your curriculum vitae; and a completed recommendation form or letter.
