The ALSO Advisory Board recently decided to add an evaluation process to the ALSO Instructor Courses. The evaluation process looks at teaching ability, attitude, and content knowledge and hands-on skills. The instructor course in Salt Lake City was a pilot for the implementation of the new process. Participants of the course were evaluated by faculty in all of the interactive workstations.
