CME Credit Approval

All sponsors are now required to complete an online accreditation application form for all ALSO courses AFTER they have submitted their course authorization form and received approval for the course. This must be done, not only for CME/CNE credit, but also to ensure all participants/faculty records are updated and certificates and wallet cards are created for them.
