Advanced Suturing
Learning Objectives:
- Describe the use of Burrow's wedge triangles to remove redundant skin.
- List and perform the steps in single and double advancement flaps.
- Describe and perform the technique and benefits of the O-Z plasty in lesion removal and closure.
- Review the techniques of a basic Z plasty in redirecting a wound perpendicular to the lines of least skin tension.
