Basic Suturing
Learning Objectives:
- Review the proper methodology to perform a punch biopsy.
- Discuss techniques for delivering local anesthesia.
- Demonstrate and practice the techniques of skin closure using simple interruped, vertical, and horizontal mattress suture closures.
- Demonstrate and review the steps in placement of the deep buried subcutaeous suture to close a fusiform excision.
