As the American population ages, updating your knowledge in care of the elderly is essential to your practice. This course provides an update in geriatric medicine, including topics such as common infections, pharmacology, ethical issues, diabetes, depression in the elderly and more.
The Geriatric Medicine Course helps prepare physicians in taking the examination to earn a Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ) in Geriatrics.
This course may also assist individuals who are preparing to sit for the Geriatric module of the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM) certification/recertification exam.
