Satellite CME and Promotional events will appear on the AAFP web site, the Satellite Event Locator Map brochure and AAFP’s Assembly Edition of the AAFP News Now newspaper. Satellite event floor signs will be placed prominently at the convention center.

Satellite Locator Map
Endorsed by AAFP, this Satellite Event Locator Map will be mailed to all pre-registrants with their badges and located at the schedule signs in the convention center for additional on-site distribution. This pocket-sized, fold-out publication includes a map of the hotels where Satellite events will be held. It also includes a complete listing of these events, including date, time and location. On the Floor- Preview
Ad space may be reserved in the AAFP exhibit preview, On the Floor- Preview. The exhibit preview will be mailed to all pre-registered physicians approximately three weeks in advance of the meeting so they can begin planning their time in San Diego.

Ad space may be reserved in our on-site exhibit guide, On the Floor- Live! The exhibit guide will be distributed in each physician’s registration packet and in highly visible areas throughout the convention center.
AAFP News Now, Assembly Edition
Place an ad in the AAFP’s popular Assembly tabloid newspaper, AAFP News Now, Assembly Edition. Move fast – ad space sells out each year! Published on-site, AAFP News Now, Assembly Edition has comprehensive and exclusive distribution to guest room doors at Assembly hotels and throughout the convention center. Distribution occurs on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
