The AAFP is piloting a new AAFP Prescribed CME credit category called Translation to Practice and by attending CME at Assembly, you are invited to participate in the pilot.
You will earn 2 AAFP Prescribed CME credits for implementation of a new process or practice resulting from your participation in CME and your reflection on the process in which you engaged.
Translation to Practice involves three steps:
Translation to Practice CME
- Complete a Commitment to Change Statement.
- Implement the change identified.
- Complete a follow-up Reflection Summary.
