Exhibitor Updates are e-mailed monthly, beginning in April, to all exhibitors. These updates contain up to the minute information about the Assembly, tips for maximizing your impact at the Assembly, and upcoming dates and deadlines. Beginning in April, Exhibitor Updates will also be available online.

Cancellation Penalties

October 2007 - April 10, 2008
Exhibitor forfeits 10% of total cost of exhibit space canceled

April 11, 2008 - June 12, 2008
Exhibitor forfeits 50% of total cost of exhibit space canceled

June 13, 2008 and later
Exhibitor forfeits 100% of total cost of exhibit space canceled
