When does on-site registration open?
Where do I pick up my badge?
If you have preregistered, badges and tickets will be mailed to you the week of September 1. Lost badges and tickets can also be replaced at Registration in the convention center.
How do I find the room numbers for my courses?
Room numbers are listed in the online course listing and on personal schedules created using the online Schedule Builder. Room numbers are also listed in the CME Registration brochure mailed to members.
How can I look up other attendees?
You can search the list of attendees and send an e-mail to anyone who provided an email address.
What is the AAFP's refund policy?
The AAFP must receive notice of cancellation by August 27, 2008. Requests for full cancellations will be refunded less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations or no-shows after August 27 are not eligible for a refund. Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of refund. Fees will be refunded the same way they were paid to the AAFP. This policy covers registration and ticketed events.
The AAFP reserves the right to cancel a program if advance registration is not sufficient. Every effort will be made to place the registrant in a similar program of his/her choice or fee(s) will be refunded.

Who qualifies as a guest?
Guest registration is limited to family members and significant others only. Your registration fee includes up to four guests. Additional guests may be added on-site for a $25 administrative fee. Office personnel/staff must register as attendees. Guest attendees cannot purchase or report CME.
How can I register for guest tours?
Tickets for guest tours may be purchased now or on site in Registration at San Diego Convention Center.
Are there activities planned for children or youths?
Guest Tours are available and many are kid-friendly. However, children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by and adult.
