Book by phone: Call AAFP/Experient Housing Services at 800-650-6915, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m – 5:30 p.m. Central Time.

Book by fax: Complete the reservation form above and fax it to AAFP/Experient Housing Services at 800-521-6017. Please allow 72 hours for confirmation.

Please note that all reservations will require a deposit: $175 per room; $350 deposit for a 1-bedroom suite; $525 for a 2-bedroom suite.

Cancellations and refunds

Through August 22, contact Experient. After August 29, contact the hotel directly. Room cancellation policies range from 72 hours to 10 days. Check your hotel confirmation for your hotel's cancellation and refund policy.
