What is ALF?
The Annual Leadership Forum is a leadership development program for chapter staff and chapter-elected leaders designed to provide leadership training and an opportunity to network with other leaders. The program allows participants to make connections, share ideas, and engage in important dialogue about their chapters.

Who should participate?
Chapter presidents, presidents-elect, and chapter executives are strongly encouraged to attend. Many chapters also send their professional staff to participate in the wide range of sessions.
