Celebrate diversity while strengthening your leadership skills. At NCSC you will:
National Conference of Special Constituencies (NCSC)
- Meet fellow members who share your concerns.
- Create resolutions and suggest policies and programs.
- Participate in reference committee hearings and vote on resolutions (modeled after the Congress of Delegates).
- Enhance your effectiveness within your local, state, and national AFP.
- Take ideas and action steps back to your chapter.
Many of the initiatives launched at NCSC have influenced AAFP policy. NCSC attendees elect leaders to the AAFP Congress of Delegates and the AMA Young Physicians Section (YPS), as well as advocate for issues important to members like you.
