By July 18: Contact the KCCVA Housing Bureau (866-275-1394).
After July 18: Contact the hotel directly.
Reservations guaranteed with a credit card: You can change or cancel your reservation through July 9 with no penalty. From July 10 through July 18, a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card account. Beginning July 19 through day of arrival, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card account.
Reservations guaranteed with a check: You will be charged a $25 refund fee for cancellations through July 18. Beginning July 19, the entire deposit will be forfeited to the hotel.
