Register on-site at the Kansas City Convention Center.
- Wednesday, July 30 – 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
- Thursday, July 31 – 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday, August 1 – 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday, August 2 – 7:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

What else do I need to know?
To make sure your registration goes smoothly, be sure to read the important information below:
Resident exhibitors
If you are registered as a residency program exhibitor, you have access to all free conference activities, including resident congress sessions. You may purchase tickets for procedural skills courses at the registration counter up to one hour before the course starts (if seats are still available).
Payment
Full payment must be received with your registration. Charge your registration to American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. If paying by check, please make payable to the AAFP and mail with your completed registration form.
Confirmation
Registration confirmation will be sent to all attendees by e-mail or by mail for registrants without e-mail address.
Meal vouchers
Your registration includes vouchers for Thursday through Saturday that you can use for breakfast and lunch. You will receive your meal vouchers with your badge.
