Air Travel
For assistance making your airline reservations for the conference, call Reward House, Inc., at 877-353-6690 or 816-295-3131. You can also e-mail your questions or travel preferences to Reward House, Inc. staff at jhilburn@rewardhouseinc.com or ktimmerberg@rewardhouseinc.com for on-line assistance. Office hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Central) Monday through Friday.


Ground Transportation
Airport Shuttle
SuperShuttle provides service from the Kansas City International Airport and Kansas City Marriott Downtown. A SuperShuttle ticket counter and ticketing kiosk is located next to each baggage claim area. Purchase tickets before proceeding to the outside curb boarding location. Shuttle hours are 4:58 am - 6:28 pm. Pick-up time is every 30 minutes at :28 and :58 of each hour. Shuttle cost is $17 one way or $29 round trip. For reservations call 800-258-3826. Reservations are not necessary unless traveling after 6:28 pm. For shuttle return to the airport, you should plan to leave the hotel 2 hours prior to your flight.

Taxi
Taxi service is available between the airport and hotel for approximately $25-30 one way.

Car Rental
Book your rental car with this year's official rental car agency, Budget Rent A Car System. Conference rates begin at $36 per day or $137 per week. Special weekend rates begin at $29 per day, Make your reservations at 800-772-3773 or www.budget.com. Rates do not include any state or local surcharges, tax, optional coverages or gas refueling charges. Renter must meet Budget's age, driver, and credit requirements. Mention your Budget Convention Code number (BCD#) U063655 when making your reservations by phone or online at www.budget.com.
