Complete the knowledge assessment section for the American Board of Family Medicine MC-FP Self Assessment Module (SAM) on Health Behavior in a one-day session: Wednesday, September 17, 2008.

Led by expert self-assessment faculty members Gary Levine, MD, FAAFP, Associate Professor, Department of Family Medicine, Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC and Janice E. Daugherty, MD, FAAFP, DABFM, Associate Professor, Director of Predoctoral Education, Department of Family Medicine, Brody School of Medicine at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC, participants will review the multiple choice questions as a group and determine the best possible answers.

SAM Sessions allow ABFM Diplomates to discuss and complete the Knowledge Assessment portion of the module that is being presented. Once the course is complete, the groups’ best possible answers will be entered into the ABFM database by course staff.

For Assembly attendees who have paid the Assembly registration fee, be sure to visit the ABFM SAM Savvy booth located in the exposition hall. ABFM staff will be on hand to assist with the clinical stimulation portion of your self-assessment module.

This SAM session is offered as a part of AAFP’s Scientific Assembly, but those who are not attending Assembly are also welcome to attend.
