Registration Fees

The registration fee includes online access to the syllabus, available about one week prior to the course, and a hardcopy of the syllabus available onsite. Additional information will be provided to registrants by email.

On or Before September 12, 2012	AAFP Member	Nonmember
Registration Fee	$170	$250

After September 12, 2012
Registration Fee	$210	$310

Note: A separate fee to the ABFM is required to complete the SAM process.

Stay for AAFP Scientific Assembly

Plan to stay in Philadelphia and attend the AAFP Scientific Assembly. Separate fees and registration required. Physicians do not need to be registered for Assembly in order to attend this SAM session.
