Board Review Questions

This collection of practice questions is intended to help you prepare for the certification/recertification exam.

The questions are organized into 10-question quizzes by topic, corresponding to the categories in the exam. There are also mixed reviews. The questions are multiple choice with one correct answer. Explanations and supporting references are provided for each question.

Each 10-question quiz is eligible for 0.25 CME credits. To report your credit, simply click the "Submit your quiz results" button when you finish the quiz.

These questions are available at no charge to AAFP members. They are also available to non-members who have registered for a live AAFP Board Review Course.

This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 20 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. AAFP accreditation begins 10-1-07. Term of approval is for one year from this date with option for yearly renewal.

Note: The two year term of approval applies to one year of CME content. Total credit is subject to change based on topic selection and length.

The AAFP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Academy of Family Physicians designates this education activity for a maximum of 20 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s) ™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

It is the policy of the AAFP that all CME planning committee, faculty, authors, editors, and staff disclose relationships with commercial entities upon nomination/invitation of participation.
