The following logos can be used on any printed materials after approval of EB CME credit. If you care designing your own materials, you can cut and paste the logos. The preference is to use the EB CME logo with the tag. An EB CME explanation is also included below; this explanation is optional, and you can use all or parts of it.
PC Users: Right click on "EB CME Logo Download" or "EB CME Logo with AAFP tag Download" and choose "Save Target As."
Mac Users: Click and hold on "EB CME Logo Download" or "EB CME Logo with AAFP tag Download" and choose "Download Link to Disk"

"This logo designates clinical content that conforms to AAFP criteria for evidence-based continuing medical education (EB CME). EB CME is clinical content presented with practice recommendations supported by evidence that has been systematically reviewed by an AAFP-approved source. The AAFP strongly believes an evidence-based approach to CME will help ensure the validity of clinical content and lead to improved medical practice and patient outcomes. When reporting CME credit hours, AAFP members should report total Prescribed and Elective credit hours earned for an activity. It is not necessary for members to label credit hours as evidence-based for CME reporting purposes."
