Faculty Information
This course was presented by Doug Campos-Outcalt, M.D. Dr. Campos-Outcalt has served as Medical Director of the Maricopa County Department of Health Preventive Medical Services area. He is currently the Associate Chair for University of Arizona, Phoenix, Department of Family and Community Medicine. He serves on the AAFP Home Study Board, as well as the AAFP Commission on Clinical Policies and Research. Dr. Campos-Outcalt is also on the Editorial Board for the American Journal of Preventive Medicine.
It is the policy of the AAFP that all CME planning committee/faculty/authors/editors/staff disclose relationships with commercial entities upon nomination/invitation of participation. Disclosure documents are reviewed for potential conflict of interests and, if identified, they are resolved prior to confirmation of participation.
