Purchasers of CAD, COPD, and Depression Modules
The Coronary Artery Disease (CAD), Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), and Depression modules are being retired on May 31, 2013.
All access to the module content will be terminated at that time. You must complete the module by May 31, 2013, and complete the online evaluation in order to receive 20 AAFP Prescribed credits and have the completion meet your MC-FP Part IV requirement. Note that in order to successfully complete the module you must allow at least one month to implement your action plan.
