This activity has been reviewed and is acceptable for up to 20 Prescribed credits by the American Academy of Family Physicians. AAFP accreditation begins October 1, 2009. Term of approval is for two years from this date with option for yearly renewal. METRIC is designated only as an online CME program.

The AAFP is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Academy of Family Physicians designates this education activity for a maximum of 20
AMA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

This activity has been approved by the American Board of Family Medicine as an external provider of Part IV Maintenance of Certification for Family Physicians credit. This activity has been renewed from October 1, 2009, to October 1, 2010. This approval may be renewed annually.
