METRIC for Practice Groups

Collaborate for widespread results. METRIC groups can improve patient care as a team. Collaborating with colleagues reaches more patients as practice-based changes are adopted.

Customized group reporting is available. AAFP METRIC staff are able to provide a group report, listing each member of the practice group and what stage of the METRIC module he or she has completed. This report is available as frequently as needed. Contact the METRIC staff for additional report options.

How many people does it take to form a group?
The minimum number to form a group is three people.
