Apply for Membership
Rejoining or Reinstating Membership
-- If your AAFP membership was recently canceled, or if you haven’t been a member for a while, you can rejoin or reinstate your membership.
Submit Your Application Online
Select a membership category and submit your online application. Individuals applying for Active, Supporting, and International membership will be required to provide credit card information in order to submit their application. Upon final approval of your application, your card will be charged for the full amount of national dues, constituent chapter dues and local chapter dues (if applicable) unless you choose to sign up for the automatic installment plan.
