  • Monitor effectiveness of the outreach
  • Modify the plan based on effectiveness

 

Steps

Hold a Team Meeting

Schedule at least one team meeting and maybe as many as four -- allow at least 30 minutes to an hour for the first one. Getting everyone "on the same page" will be the goal for the first meeting; subsequent meetings will be about executing on the plan.
