CME Materials, Distribution by Commercial Entities

Commercial entities (such as pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, and health care communications companies representing proprietary entities) may not distribute accredited CME produced by the AAFP but may distribute materials that promote AAFP-sponsored CME programs or products with AAFP approval.
