Drivers, Impaired, Drunk or Drugged

The AAFP urges the development of standardized tests to determine the impairment by alcohol or drugs of sensory perception, muscular coordination and mental judgment and urges that such tests be uniform among the 50 states, territories and the District of Columbia. (1969) (2008)
