Gender Equity on Prescription Drug and Diagnostic Testing Coverage
Employers and health plans should not discriminate by actual or perceived gender in the provision of health care benefits including a) prescription drugs and devices, b) elective sterilization procedures, and c) diagnostic testing. These benefits should be covered under the same terms and conditions as other prescription drugs, devices, elective surgeries, and diagnostic testing. (2002) (2011 COD)
