Motorcycle and Bicycle Helmet Laws

The American Academy of Family Physicians endorses the concept of legislative measures to require the use of helmets when riding or driving a motorcycle or bicycle, and the AAFP urges constituent chapters to support the enactment of or preservation of state motorcycle and bicycle helmet laws.
