Violence, harassment, and bullying that takes place in any venue, including electronic media, for any reason including, but not limited to ethnicity, socioeconomic status, religion, sexual orientation, physical status, disability, or other personal characteristics, has significant and harmful physical and psychological effects and should not be tolerated.
