Congress Charts Course for 2009
The AAFP Congress of Delegates worked diligently on your behalf taking action on a multitude of important issues, Sept. 15-17 in San Diego. Notably, the Congress adopted a Board recommendation to integrate the patient-centered medical home model into a new Health Care for All plan.
