The evaluation will be mailed to your office within four to six weeks after the result postmark date. The time delay allows for processing of the data. AAFP-PT recommends marking your calendar to remind you when to expect receipt of the evaluation.
The Event Summary will be available online approximately two to three weeks after evaluations are mailed. Contact AAFP-PT at (800)274-7911 if you do not have access to the Internet and need a hard copy of the material.
