Fax Reminders
AAFP-PT has developed a fax reminder system to help participants keep track of the PT process. The faxes contain specific messages to participants, such as:
- Your PT Result Booklet has not been received
- Your PT Result Booklet has been received, but no results were scanned
If you receive a fax, contact AAFP-PT immediately. We want to give you every opportunity of success with your proficiency testing!
