Criteria for Participation
The PEF is reserved for 12 family medicine teams from small-to-medium sized practices (between 1-7 physicians). Each team must include:
- A family physician
- A back office person: nurse, medical assistant or physician assistant
- A front office person: practice manager, receptionist or billing specialist
Participation will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis for family medicine teams located in the states the Forum is hosted.
